Minister Neupane inaugurates Rudrabeni-Pahadi road

Minister for Law and Justice, Hari Prasad Neupane, inaugurated a fair-weather rural road in Gulmi.
Inaugurating the Rudrabeni-Pahadi road section under the Kaligandaki Corridor, he wished for immediate formation of new government and said that the current government is in a hurry to hand over the power to the elected government.
He added that the current government was formed to hold election and it has successfully fulfilled its responsibilities and therefore would like to put down its load now, said Minister Neupane.
Minister Neupane accompanied by Lilamani Paudel, Chief Secretary and Shanta Bahadur Shrestha, Secretary at the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development, among others, inspected the road after the inaugural programme.
The road (9.4-kilometers) was constructed at a cost of Rs. 30 million under the rural access improvement project with support from the World Bank.
People especially from Thulolumpek, Harmichaur, Arbeni, and surrounding VDCs would be benefited by the road access. Remaining road under the Kaligandaki corridor is being constructed by Nepal Army.
